Understanding Family Change from the Life Course Perspective
Analysis of trends in family formation and dissolution, childbearing, and family solidarity, on the one side, and of their link to influencing factors, on the other side, will permit us to identify risks, mechanisms, and vulnerable population categories, and will significantly improve the knowledge base necessary for the elaboration of social policies.
